昼の懐石コースは2種類(吉 5800円 /福 8600円 ※税サ別)あり、大きな違いは八寸の有無。今回は吉をお願いしました。

季節がら蟹を用いた料理を期待すると、一品目で幸先よく出会え、嬉しいひと皿。
合鴨の卵とじ、ヤナギガレイ一夜干し、どちらも心にしみる味わい。
特に炊き込みご飯は、生海苔が風味豊かにし、絶妙な美味しさ。
店主の行き届いたもてなしも、また足を運びたくなる理由に。
