銀座の街はXmasムードで盛り上がり浮き足立つ中、古めな雑居ビルの最上階にひっそり構えるコチラにお邪魔しました。
ご主人は徳島の名割烹『青柳』→『小十』のご出身。調理はご主人一人、サービスは奥様が担当され二人三脚で営まれておりました。
四名貸切りで私達の為だけに、大変美味しい料理の数々を振舞っていただきました。

品数はやや少ないものの旬づくしな料理の数々で、どれも見た目にはあらわれない職人技の数々が施され絶品の一言。
また、器やテーブル、内装どれも職人技が冴えるこだわりの一級品。
落ち着いた雰囲気もあり、あたかも旅先の宿で、食事を楽しんでいるような錯覚に陥り、食後は温泉に浸かりたい気分にさせられました。
いつの日かまた足を運びたいです。
