三軒茶屋から歩いて15分くらいにある寿司屋さん。大きな檜の一枚板のカウンターは見事で、ご主人の仕事が見えるのが楽しかったです。
シャリは赤酢で爽やか、程よい温かさで小ぶり、非常に美味しかったです。ネタも丁寧な仕事がなされていて、素晴らしいお寿司でした。お任せした日本酒も三千盛の純米大吟やMIYASAKAの中どりなど、良かったです。
グッと来たのは剥がしのトロ。筋と平行に包丁を入れて身を取っていくので、全く筋がなくて溶ける美味しさ。こんなの将太の寿司でしか見たことがなかったので感激。取った筋は後で火を通して出て来ましたが、それも美味い。
