札幌駅近く、2025年4月にオープンしたばかりの新しいお店。「食べると勝手にカラダが整う」というテーマで、分子栄養学やグルテンフリーを意識した調理・食材が特徴とのことです。
どの料理も美味しく、店員さんの感じも良く、楽しい食事会でもちょっとした会食でも行けそうなお店です。
たまたま同郷の店員さんがいらっしゃって、その店員さんが焼いてくれた目の前で焼いてくれただし巻きが特に美味しかった！！
