平日ディナーに訪問。食べログ初投稿ですが、移転前に一度、移転後は初の訪問です。この日は少し人数も多かったので個室での利用。
相変わらずの美味しい日本料理でした。
松葉蟹が美味しい季節になってきました。蟹からスタートする先付は食感、香り、味全てにおいて最高のスタート。今日は日本酒で行くのがベストだなと感じさせる先付。
宮坂のお造りは本当に美味しい。個人的には刺身より握りの方が何かと好きなのですが、宮坂の中トロのお造りはとろける感じがあってやっぱり美味しい。そして、松葉蟹の椀からのうろこ焼きは食感のアクセントが効いており、最高。身のプリッとした感じを残した火の入れ方にうろこ焼きの食感が組み合わさってきます。そして、〆のご飯は美味しすぎる。少し芯を残したようなご飯もお粥の一歩手前のような仕上がりにして食感を楽しめる香りの効いたご飯。やっぱり宮坂は美味しい。
