【寿司TOKYO百名店2022】
外苑前から徒歩5分ほどの場所に立つ鮨龍次郎。鮨屋は頻繁には行かないのですが、今回は幸運にも予約を取ることができたので、週の真ん中ではありましたけれども足を伸ばして訪問してきました。
夜は2部制になっております。メインカウンターとサブカウンターという構成になっており、メインは親方が握り、サブはお弟子さんが担当します。
さて、今回のお任せコースは以下の通り。
・新玉ねぎの擦り流し

・真鯛と鳥貝
・白魚の茶碗蒸し 梅あんだが桜の風味
・蛤スープ
・あん肝ペーストと干し芋 胡麻味噌かけ

ネタの本来の自然な味わいと炊き具合と酢のバランスが素晴らしいシャリを楽しむ寿司です。全てが美味しい中でも特に楽しんだのは、
・これまでで一番美味しいと感じた鳥貝
・弾力があると同時に歯切れも良く塩と酢橘の味付けが最高のすみイカ
・シャリとネタの相性が一番高い今回のベストと感じた中トロ
・シャリとわさびの素晴らしいハーモニーを感じながら甘みを感じる上等な車海老
あたりがよかったです。
接客もフレンドリーで丁寧、プロフェッショナルなおもてなしだと思いました。
