【寿司TOKYO百名店2022】
平日にお休みを頂き、骨休めのためにやりたいことをする一日を過ごしました。赤坂見附まで遠征をし、以前より気になっていたきざ㐂を訪問しました。平日の赤坂見附はビジネスマンが多くて賑やかですね。
駅から程近いビルの5Fに位置し、店内は美しい檜のカウンターを挟んで大将の握りを目の前で見ながら食事を楽しめる環境です。
今回はおまかせ握りに加え、本日のおすすめを追加注文して頂きました。
本日のおすすめ
▪️ながす鯨 醤油の味付けのみ、新鮮でさっぱりした旨味。
▪️ホタルイカ 旬。肝もしっかりありなめろう風にしてシンプルながらも美味しい。
▪️あん肝 これまでで一番美味しいあん肝かも。血抜きをしっかりして煮込んだもので、スッキリして柔らかい味わい。

シャリは米粒硬め、赤酢が結構効いており、握りは軽めです。そのため、口に入れる丁度良く解れるけれども食感を楽しむことが出来るので好みです。
ネタとして特に楽しんだのは、
・厚みがあって食感を楽しめた墨烏賊
・シャリとわさびとの相性が抜群だった大トロ
・半生の食感が抜群でわさびも引き立ててくれてる車海老
・弾力のある食感と昆布の香りが強く面白さがあった白甘鯛の昆布締め
・本日のおすすめ3品
でした。
大将もとても気さくな方で、色々と話しかけて頂いたことで、より食事を楽しむことができました。
今度は相方と再訪したいと思います。
