今回はお任せコース22品で12,000円
まずはお腹を温める「潮汁」
濃厚な旨味の魚介出汁に木の芽のアクセント…
出汁がしっかり取れているので期待大~

上品な脂身に赤酢の酢飯が絶妙…

左からイカの印籠詰め、よもぎ麩のオランダ煮
苦手な数の子もこの味噌漬けなら食べれる!
ふぐ皮のポン酢がたまらん旨い…幸せだ~
続いて旬のハリイカ
甘みが強調される柚子と塩のみ…
これには普通の酢飯…
いやいやいや…握り具合が達人じゃないですか!
米の一粒一粒がしっかり感じられるのに固くなく
口に入れるとホロっと良い具合にほどける…
ここ最近食べた寿司の中では間違いなくナンバーワン!
天然のヒラメは何と縁側付き!
縁側と一緒に食べることでプリッとした食感が感じられ

金目鯛の炙りは香ばしく、穴子はふわふわ…
右下の玉あては名前の通り玉子焼きなんだけど
どう食べても甘さ控えめのなめらかプリン!
握りの間に青さ海苔の茶碗蒸しでホッと一息
冷たいものと温かいものを良いタイミングで出せるのも
お客さんの事を充分考えてのことだね~

ゆっくりとあがりをすすって

内容はもちろんコースの順番、量とも秀逸でした!
