プリップリ！大阪の串カツをイメージしたのかな？
サプライズで提供してくれたのは日本酒echo
そして多田さんの24か月熟成ペルシュウ
極上の生ハムは手で持ち上げて食べると一番美味しいらしい…
全員が上を向いて食べてる様が笑える～
最後は生ハム寿司…お米も特別に栽培してるスガラボ米！

根室の青つぶ貝と岡山のウイキョウ
須賀シェフによる丁寧な説明が味に深みを持たせる
爽やかなフェンネルに磯の香しっかりのつぶ貝
大盛りキャビアの塩気が生きてるね♪
次の料理が提供され
スタッフ総出で一斉に蓋をオープン！
下北半島の松茸の香りが一気に拡がる
濃いコンソメスープにも負けない強い香り
そして中には銀杏とフォアグラ…凄いとしか言いようがない
松茸の余韻が残る中
次は薩摩牛のステークタルタル
ほぼ生のタルタルステーキに卵黄がドンッ！
蓮根チップス以外のハラペーニョなどの薬味を全部混ぜる
全てのバランスが良くて旨い！何だこれ～
徳島椿泊港の白甘鯛
超肉厚の白身に白胡麻の風味が濃厚！
そしてメイン…って全部メインっぽいけど(笑)
千葉大原漁港の黒鮑パイ包み…鮑デカッ！
旨味たっぷりの肝ソースが最高！
二人で一個を私は大きめに切ってもらったのもあって
ボリュームが凄い！もう腹パンパン！
名物の可愛いカレー（ちなみにサイズは小）を挟んで
岡山「晴王」シャインマスカットは
シャーベットのグラニテに
苦い八女の抹茶アイスに甘いシェリー酒がピッタリ
アングレーズソースも上品でさすがのマリアージュ
最後はハーブティー飲みながら
明石焼き状のプチマドレーヌとたこ焼き風のアイス(笑)
遊び心も満載♪
