Personal review: Between soba and udon, I prefer udon mainly because of the thickness of the noodle. And although I can make udon at home, the "koshi" that comes with fresh udon is simply unbeatable. The noodles here definitely had excellent koshi and mixed with the delicious toriten and tantan sauce, I can't wait to try the other dishes. You can also choose the noodle portion (small / normal / large / extra large) at no extra charge, which is a nice bonus. One point of caution is, I couldn't choose the menu when I did my online research. 【感想】うどん派の自分にとって外で食べる饂飩で最重要なのはコシなのですが、弾力・歯応え、ともに最高でした！更に鶏天と坦々の混ざりぐらいが食欲を更にそそられました。麺の量も無料で選べるのが嬉しかったです。ただ、もともとネットで調査していた日替わりがメニューから消えていたので、この点は注意が必要ですね。色々新しい味を試せるのは嬉しいのですが、最新情報が欲しいですね～。あご飯も美味しかったのですが、次回はうどんの量をもう少し増やしてみようかな～
