Personal review: Even while on vacation, my pursuit for good ramen never ends. While searching for a place near the hotel, I came across this ramen shop (Kukai). At night, this place is a bit hard to find. When in doubt, look for the coin laundry and you'll be able to find this hidden gem. The moment we stepped out of the car we could smell the deliciousness. What makes this place particularly unique is that they use a fish (tuna, pacific saury and katsuobushi (dried skipjack) + soy sauce combo for their broth. Unlike the pork or chicken based broth, this broth falls into my top 3 light broth and when I say light, it doesn't mean taste because you'll get a good kick when you take a sip. The pork belly and egg is also delicious, but the broth definitely takes the spotlight in this wonderful dish. If the smell doesn't stimulate your hunger, you can also order a half-size, or your can order two different half-sizes to enjoy more of what they have to offer! 【感想】やっぱり旅行先でもラーメンの開拓は必須ですよね。今回はホテルの近くのラーメンを検索したところ、こちらのお店が気になり訪問させて頂きました。夜は少し見つけ難いのですが、コインランドリーが良い目印です！駐車場に着いた瞬間から美味しそうなスープの香りが漂い、一気に食欲が活性化されました。こちらのお店は生マグロ、生さんま、厳選されたかつお節と数種の醤油を混ぜ合わせた醤油ダレを使っていて、今までのトップ３に入りあっさりした中でも非常に深いコクが楽しめるラーメンでした。半熟煮玉子も焼豚も美味しいのですが、スープがとにかく印象的でした。そんなに食べれないって人がいたら、こちらはハーフサイズもありますよ～！
