夢中でぷりっぷりの身に齧り付き、殻に吸い付きました!

太刀魚は「どこにそんな水分量が!?」と思うほどの保水力でジューシー!
ソースの穏やかな酸味もマッチ!
あさはた蓮根はシャキッと感ありつつも糸を引く粘りが楽しい!

前田尚毅さんのインスタに投稿されていた、超美麗な個体のイトヨリさん!
保水力はもちろんのこと、旨味が2段3段と追撃してくるような感覚!
手火山式の鰹節のお出汁も非常に香り良く、そしてクリアでした!

ムチムチ弾力かつ不思議なほどジューシーな鯵!
軽くしゃぶしゃぶされて脂の甘みが増した勘八は、塩で更に甘みを引き立たせて頂きました!

小ぶりな個体ながらも皮目の旨味が強く、実山椒の爽やかなピリッと感とのバランスがとても良いと感じました!
零余子も少し残ってて嬉しい!

FUJIさんは〆のラーメンも絶品ですが、今回は雑炊!
伊勢海老以上に、各種魚のあら出汁の複合的な旨味が印象的!

前回も感動した白甘鯛に再び感動し、念願の鯖の低温油蒸しを初体験しこれまた感動!
他のラインナップも、静岡の宝を味わい尽くすかのような充実感!何という満足度でしょうか!
お会計はギリギリ3万円台に乗りましたが、それでも十分お値打ちだと感じました!
広島からはとても遠いですが、移動が辛くても訪れる価値アリアリだと改めて思いました!来年も必ず年1回は!
