どうやら「チューヤン」と読むらしいが…
大阪のパパが"電波少年みたい"と…
そういやそんな人いたけど、今何しとるのかは全然知らんけどの〜!( ;∀;)
お店は二階で…なんだかお店の造りはスナックみたいな造りに感じて、つい…オラ蔵と同伴してしもうたわぃ。
基本的にお店にお任せで…
拙者はお茶の焼酎で乾杯したぞぃ。
まずは先付にカンパチの刺身が…皮目に炙りを入れたいわゆる逸品じゃ…
これは美味くない訳無い一品じゃった。
続けて牛肉の味噌漬け。
テーブル上の七輪で焼くんじゃが、こりゃあ美味かったわい〜!
麦焼酎のロックにピッタリの味わいで、どんどん酒が進んでしもうたわい。
な…なんじゃ、お次はイクラと蟹さん。
拙者…イクラは正直得意ではないんじゃが、こういうお店のイクラは一味も二味も違うと思う…
食べてみると、やっぱり全然違う味わいじゃ〜

広島県 相原酒造さんの純米吟醸 生酒「元平」と一緒に…これは美味すぎる〜!
拙者、まだ通風は持っておらんのじゃが…
ホタテの炙り焼きやなめろうと一緒に頂くと、サイコーに美味かったわい。
なんだか危険な雰囲気が漂う組み合わせで、なんとも言えんプチ贅沢なひと時じゃったわい。
特筆すべき一品は、生アナゴのぶつ切り。
アナゴは血を洗わんと生では食べられんのじゃが、血を洗って、骨を抜いた一手間も二手間もかけた逸品じゃな。これを軽く炭で炙って頂くんじゃが、最上級の美味さだったわい〜!
2024年の4月にオープンした、まだ新しいお店みたいじゃが、瀬戸内のええもんがズラ〜っと、食べられて…
まだ隠れた穴場じゃと感じたぞい!
