人により評価のムラが激しい様ですが、この店には以前から興味がありました。
ここのところ、立て続けにマイレビュアーの方々がレビュー(かなりポジティブな評価)をUPしていたので、それならばと私も訪問です。
お店は新宿駅南口からちょっと歩きます。どちらかといえば繁華街から離れていく感じの場所です。
外観は小料理屋みたいな感じですね。誰でも入りやすいと思います。並ぶこともなく割とスンナリ入れました。
かしわ天ざるうどんを注文です。初めてのお店では水で〆たうどんを頂くことにしています。かしわ天は・・・純粋に好みです(^_^;)
待つ間にちょこっと酒も飲んじゃいましょう。蛸の粕漬けと日本酒お願いしました^m^
酒は日本酒の良い物を置いていますが、やや高いかな。まあ、場所柄しょうがないかも。
とは言え、アテに頼んだ蛸の粕漬けもかなり美味しく、日本酒をチビチビやるのに最高です。ハア~、仕事の後には堪りませんね(^^)
いよいよ本命のうどんです。ねじりを加えたうどんがざるに盛られて登場です。おー、これは美しい。
一緒に盛られたかしわ天はやや小ぶりですが、良い状態で揚がっているのが見て取れます。早速頂きましょう。
一口啜っただけですぐに普通のうどん違うことに驚きます。ムニムニでのびやかです。引っ張るとグイーンと伸びます。
表面のつやつやと相まって啜っていて超気持ち良いです。これは旨い!
かしわ天もかなり旨いです。表面のカリカリと鶏肉のジューシーさの対比がいい具合です。この店は揚げ物全般に良さそうです。
ゲソ天の方がよく出ているようなので、今度はそっちも試してみたいですね。
お勘定は2100円でした。これはかなりお得に感じますね。
初訪問から割と日を置かずに再訪しました。今度は釜玉うどんを注文です。ここのうどんなら釜揚げも旨いのではないかと踏んでの注文です。でも、欲張って醤油うどんもちゃっかり頼みました(^_^;)
醤油うどんが旨いのはある程度予想の範囲だったのですが、釜玉は思った以上に旨いです。水で〆たうどんとは口当たりが大分違ってきますね。両方食べ比べるとその楽しさをはっきりと感じ取れます。
ちなみにうどんを待つ間、日本酒を呑んだパターンは前回同様ですので、割愛です(^_^;)
2回目の訪問は2050円でした。これは当面通うことになりそうです。ご馳走様でした。
