帰省する4日前に金曜18時予約が取れていざ!妻と2人で、お通し2品をつまみながら、熊本の酒「亀萬」を冷やで飲み、コレを食べるために来た「本日のおまかせ刺盛り」を堪能。鮮魚店だから当たり前だが、絶対、食べた方が良い!
熊本の米焼酎「白岳」で、衣サクサクで身がふわふわなアジフライ、枝豆、鯛の腹骨煮に舌鼓^_^ まだまだ食べたいのにお腹いっぱいに。テーブルでのお勘定を待つ間、梨とお茶。満足^_^
前回家族4人で来た時は、お通しがカニ、おまかせのお刺身、衣サクサクで中がふわふわなカニコロッケ、焼き魚、ごはん、あら汁をいただいた。
静かに1人2人で楽しむのもよいし、4人くらいで、品数を楽しむのも良い。
