婦人画報やあまから手帖などプロ好みのメディアにも取り上げられていますが、食べログ上では点数が低いところが…正直ファンとしては助かる、あまり知られてほしくないお店の一つかもしれませんw
アクセスは、市バス46系統の深泥池バス停から徒歩1分、北山駅からは1番出口はす向かいのイノブンを上がり徒歩10分程で右折します。
住宅地にあり、まさに町の鮨店というこじんまりとした内観で、席数は4人掛けテーブル2つとカウンターに6席ほど。
平日夜の開店直後に伺うと先客はなく、後から1組こられて計2組ディスタンスばっちり。
注文は、下記のおまかせにぎりと、単品でこのわたの巻き物など。ドリンクは立山等で。

椎茸きのめ
ほぼ毎日市場に出向かれるというご主人は温厚なお人柄。
シャリはネタを邪魔しない程度に効いた酢加減で柔らかすぎず小ぶり。
煮穴子は仄かな酸味のタレのかかる柔らか、鯛のにぎりには山椒が隠れ、さよりの昆布締めの塩梅、コハダのまろやかな酸味、ゆずの効いたホタテの火入れ、このわたや椎茸木の芽、三つ葉入りの太巻きなどの巻き物等々...新鮮なネタで絶妙な仕事ぶり。
期待以上の内容と想像以下の料金で、久しぶりに京都で本格派の江戸前寿司を頂けました。
黒板のメニューの筆跡は個性的というか…。
この文字のテイストとお鮨のギャップは、面白くも感じますw
店内は狭く、訪問時は予約が無難かと思います。詳細は分かりませんが、駐車場もあるそうです。
