夜、広々とした個室でお料理をいただきました。とても静かで品の良い雰囲気のお店です。
※私は茸が苦手なので、キノコ類は別の物に変えていただいています。

八寸は彩も綺麗で絶品、お造りも美味しく、どのお料理も洗練された物ばかり。
その中でも、やはりこのお店の名物『白味噌雑煮』と『ぐじの酒焼き』は群を抜いた個性のあるお料理でした。
『白味噌雑煮』は出汁を一切使わない、一子相伝で受け継がれたお雑煮で、焼餅と辛子の風味、コクのある白味噌の旨味がたまらない一品。
『ぐじの酒焼き』は、良質のぐじを仕入れられて、一晩寝かせ、お酒を塗り重ね焼かれた手の込んだ名物料理です。香ばしさと旨味が後を引く美味しさです。ある程度食した後、お湯を注いで二段階楽しめます。
現在のご主人は六代目で一子相伝でお店の味を守りつつ革新を続けておられるそうです。
個性のはっきりした名物料理があるのも良いですね。
接客もとても心地よく、和やかな雰囲気でお料理を楽しむことが出来ました。
