高級店に勝るとも劣らない素材と仕事を良心的なお値段で供する大将の心意気には頭が下がる
半生に外側だけ炙ったレバーや半熟の鶉玉子は勿論、良い塩梅に塩で仕上げた砂肝や、脂の甘みなぼんじりなどどれもこれも拘りを感じる一串一串に日本酒・焼酎とお酒が進む

飲兵衛には堪らない浸かり具合の糠漬けお新香と、ランチで人気のそぼろごはん
そぼろと言っても挽肉じゃなく細かく叩いた鶏肉に過ぎない味付けが流石な仕事
