人材教育家&マナー講師の井垣利英でございます。前回、私が担当させて頂いている【社員研修】先の社長に、夜、こちらのすき焼きをご馳走になりました。ランチも行ってみたくなり、お盆休みの中、母と一緒に伺いました。
前回は個室のお座敷だったので、テーブル席に案内されたのは初めてです。大き目の黒塗りの机とイス。テーブルの真ん中に丸いくり抜きがあり、すき焼きやしゃぶしゃぶも出来るようになっています。
ランチメニューを見て、どれも美味しそうで迷ったのですが、やはり牛肉を食べたくて「ビーフかつ膳」にしました。
出てきたビーフかつは、思った以上に分厚い! しかも、レア感があって良い感じ。牛肉好きの私にとって、この見た目だけで期待が膨らみました。またサラダやご飯、名古屋なので当然、八丁味噌のお味噌汁。
さらに、カツは、サクサク感が重要だと思っている私は「ソースをつける」のが好きで、「ソースをかける」のは嫌です。このお店では、ソースが小皿に出てきて、私の好きな出し方。この時点で、好印象。
カツをソースにつけて一口頂き、まず、お肉の柔らかさに感動。衣は、あまりサクサク感はありません。衣の主張が少ない分、お肉のジューシーさが口の中に広がります。今思い出しても、あの感動を思い出せる。
ご飯とお味噌汁も、カツの量とちょうど良い具合です。最初、ごはんが多いかな?と思いましたが、ご飯の炊き方も美味しいため、ペロッと完食できます。
次回は、他の気になるメニューを食べたいけど、やっぱり「ビーフかつ膳」にしちゃうかな?
