山の上がリニューアル後大幅値上げしてからは天ぷらディナーは超超高級なものになって久しい今日この頃。こちらはディナーで12000円からという良心的価格設定。クオリティはもちろん素晴らしい。庶民の特別な日には本当にありがたいお店。
春の素材ふきのとう、白魚、めごち、稚鮎もいただくことができました。才巻ちょっと小ぶり。12000円だからな。味はもちろん間違いない!天ぷらは蒸し料理。
天ぷらは塩で食べる派なので大根おろしは出汁を滲みさせて箸休めとしていただきました。この出汁がまた美味い。最後のかき揚げ丼は週一で食べたいうまさ。食べたばかりなのにヨダレ垂れる。がんばって働いてまた行こう。ごちそうさまでした!
