再度訪問しました、なが尾
今回はうなぎが食べたいとのことで、特別なコースにしてもらいました。天然が手に入らないとのことで、養殖(静岡県)でしたが、焼き方が良いので、カリフワなうなぎが堪能できました。
若い大将は、相変わらず元気で「器」の話や「材料」の話を切れ目なく話してくれますが、決して押し付けがましくなくて、話を合わせてくれ、楽しいひとときでした。
