でも、ある程度の割り切りは必要よ。

11/09 再訪問
コストパフォーマンスという点に置いて、このお店にかなう鮨屋は少ないかと思う。
白魚から始まり、お酒のつまみに茶豆、毛蟹、玉子焼き、バイ貝。
続いて、定番の皮剥の刺身には肝のソースがつく。
さらに刺身の盛り合わせ。
一種類に2切れというボリューム。
この日は甘海老、ミル貝、秋刀魚、鰹、鮪、蛸、鯖の7種類。女性であれば、少し量が多いかもしれない。
最後に焼き物。
魳、平貝、鯵を紫蘇の葉で包んだもの。
そして、握りへ。
墨烏賊、メイチ鯛、中とろ、鯵、車海老、雲丹、いくら、穴子、ひもきゅう。
これらで5000円ちょっとという設定はやはり魅力的だ。
若いカップルから、年配の方の女子会まで、当日のお客さんの層は広かった。
ただある程度、鮨を食べている方はご注意。
自分の中でのこの鮨屋を位置づけをきちんとしておかないと、訪問した後にちょっとした失意があるかもしれない。
今回感じたこと、まず焼き物。
恐らく見ていた限り焼き物は若いお弟子さんが担当だと思ったけど、塩の量が多すぎてしょっぱすぎた。
敢えてお酒が進むようにこのような計算をしているのか、単に失敗なのか。
どちらなんだろうとご主人に聞いてしまおうかと思ったぐらい。恐らく後者だと思う。
あと、ネタに関しても、回転寿司以上は確実に保証出来るけれど1万円以上払って食べる寿司屋のネタとは比べないこと。
「比較して、勉強する」という点では、大きく意味があった。
特に小肌については、歴然の差を感じた。
ここと似たようなお店だとよし佳のランチが同じぐらいの値段だけど、僕ならよし佳 を選ぶかな。
と、やはりこの値段で完璧を求めるのは厳しい部分が多々あるけれど、学生のカップルがデートで使う時やちょっとカウンターで握ってくれる寿司が食べたくなった時などの利用には最適かと思う。
でも「食べたくなった時」には予約困難ですぐには食べに行けないんだろうけど。。
もし僕に学生ぐらいの子供がいたら、「彼女とデートか、じゃあ、鮨あおきにでも行ってきたら?」とそういう感じなお店。

門前仲町は美味しいお店が多く、個人的に今最も注目のエリア。
ふく田や志づ香などの和食の名店に加え、鮨屋ではこの店が有名。
熱燗と梅酒で乾杯して、おすすめでお願いした。
まずは付出しで、もずく。
カウンターは8席と座敷があり、ご主人は一人で切り盛りされているため、他の方の書き込みでは出て来るのが多少遅いというのを聞いていたのですが、今回は自分達を含めてもカウンターのみのお客だったので、話していれば決して遅いとは感じなかった。
つまみはカワハギの刺し身に始まり、焼牡蠣、生牡蠣、お造り、ゲソ焼、ししゃも、白子焼とボリュームたっぷり。
握りは墨烏賊、鮃、中とろ、車海老、赤貝、鰯、いくら、海胆、穴子(塩、つめ)、ネギトロ巻きで一通り。さらに追加で、小肌、蚫、さよりを注文。
印象に残ったのは、中とろ、海胆、いくら、さより。
特にさよりは身もしっかりしていて、良かった。
これだけ食べて、お酒も梅酒と日本酒二合のんで14000円。
このコスパはかなりだと思います。
これからの季節は寒鰤、あん肝が美味しくなるみたいなので、また再訪問したいと思います。
