地元から父親が来ていて、焼き鳥が食べたいということだったのでこちらのお店をチョイス。
大塚の駅から歩いて五分ぐらいの所にあります。
予約していきましたが、週末だったので2時間制ということでした。
まずはお通し。綺麗なお皿に3種類のお通しが盛られ運ばれてきます。
見た目も焼き鳥屋としては珍しくお皿等の細かい所まで結構気を使っているのが分かります。
焼き鳥は5本おまかせに稀少部位を一本ずつ、それに刺し身盛り、パテ、ちょうちんと白子の薫製を注文。おまかせの内容はねぎま、せせり、手羽先、鴨肉、ぼんじりでした。
稀少部位はそり、さがり、つなぎ、ふりそで、背肝、ふんどし、てっぽう、さえずり、さんがわ、おたふく。
刺し盛りは鴨刺しがお勧めということで、鴨のもも、砂肝、ささみに鶏の白レバーを入れてもらいました。鴨の刺し身は鶏よりも弾力があり美味しかったです。
またこちらの人気の白レバーもかなりグッド。たまり醤油を使っているという点も自分たちにはプラスポイントでした。やはり刺し身にはたまり醤油だと思います。
パテは今まで食べてきた中で一番美味しかったです。
ちょうちんと白子の薫製も初めて食べましたが、かなりお酒に合います。
串も全体的に満足出来ました。印象が残ったのはねぎま、鴨肉、手羽先、せせり。
背肝を期待していたのですが、背肝に関しては鳥しきの方が断然に美味しかったです。
白子の大きさが小さかったです。それだけ鳥しきのは印象に残っています。
反則的な程魅力の鳥重、個人的に一番好きな上品系の鳥しきに加え、こちらはブラジルサッカーのように全ての料理に魅力がある焼き鳥屋だと思います。
自分の中では鳥重の白レバーが間違いなく東京一だと思いますが、今は食べれなくなったのでしばらくはこちらを利用すると思います。
良い焼き鳥屋の引き出しがまた一つ加わりました。
