3月にフランスへ行った際にモンサンミシェルで出会った友人がシェフをしているタテルヨシノへ行ってきました。彼の誕生日も兼ねて、日本では初めての対面。
休日にも関わらず、銀座まで出てきてくれて、一緒に食事です。
お店は12階にあって、店内はとても天井が高く開放感があり、窓からは東京タワーも一望出来ます。お客さんもマダムや上品な紳士の方ばかりで少し緊張。。
イタリアンよりやはりフレンチの方が緊張します。
ソファーテーブルの席で食事を頂きました。
お料理は一応コースで前菜、メインなのですが、色々他にも色々出てきました。
まずは、シャンパンで乾杯して、チーズシューと野菜のタルト。
チーズシューはふっくらしていて、香りが良いです。野菜のタルトも見た目が可愛いです。

前菜

40種類以上の野菜が大変綺麗にお皿の上に飾られています。
綺麗すぎて、食べるのがもったいないくらい。一つ一つの野菜の味を少しずつ楽しめる素晴らしい一皿。

・人参をまとったフォワグラのフォンダン トリュフ風味
前菜を食べていると、吉野建シェフが各テーブルに挨拶に来てくれました。
明日からフランスのステラマリスに行くみたい。
予想よりも大きな方で、笑顔が素敵な方でした。こういう心遣いも素敵です。
メイン
・和牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮込み
ホホ肉はお肉なのに噛んだ瞬間、ゼラチンのようにお肉がもっちりしていて、これがホホ肉?と疑うぐらいの食感。赤ワインソースもくどくなく、バランスがいいです。
・仔鴨のロティ エピス風味
鴨の間にフォワグラが挟まれていて、添えられている白桃を炙ったものとの相性も良かったです。
フロマージュも一人一人好きなものをチョイスして、色々頂きました。
アプリコットのタタンもつれも大喜び。
途中に友人の誕生日ということで、プレートと一緒にスタッフの方が歌を歌ってくれたり、定員さんも素敵な方が多いです。
結局、3時間半ぐらいランチを楽しんで、お店を出たのは16時前!!3時間半ぐらいいました。。
本当に時間を忘れるぐらい楽しい時間が過ごせました。
