数年前、とある方のブログで見て以来、ずっと来たかったのがこちらのあじ蔵さん。
事前に予約の電話をすると「刺身盛り合わせをすぐ出せるよう、用意できますよ」
とのことだったので是非、とお願いしました。
開店直後に訪れたら、すでに男性客が2人。
突き出しに続いてキリン瓶ビールと刺身盛り合わせを頼みます。
他のお客さんが、メニューに無い黒ラベルを飲んでいたので私も注文。
豊富なメニューを見て何を注文するか迷います。よさそうなものを手当たり次第に、
○マグロ山かけ、ゲソ天、甘エビ焼き(子持ち)
子持ちの甘エビは初めて見ました。甘エビの焼き物自体も初めてです。
○こんか漬サバ焼き
「こんか漬け」は米ぬかを使った富山伝統の発酵食のようです。味は塩が強め。酒に合います。
やがて箸と杯が止まらなくなり、
○揚げ出し豆腐、鹿児島産黒豚トンカツ、エイヒレ、串焼きいろいろ
○飲み物は生しぼりグレープフルーツサワーとレモンサワー、芋焼酎ロックなどなど
事前の情報では、客が増えてくると店長がかなり忙しそうと見ましたが、
この日は他に女性とバイト君らしき若い店員さんもいて、あまり待たされることはなかったです。
居酒屋として地力がある上に、北陸の食材や郷土料理も味わえて、良い店だなあと思います。
心ゆくまで飲んで食べて、会計は1人で9000円を超えました。
さすがに一瞬固まりましたが…かなり飲んだし、このために氷見に来たので、大満足です。
次は寒ブリを食べてみたいですね。
