いつも通っている千ふくさんの弟さんのお店と聞き、夜に一人で訪れました。
落ち着いた空気で、ふぐをゆっくり味わえる雰囲気があります。
最初に「ゆびき」をいただくと、ふぐの身がほどよく締まり、ぽん酢の酸味がやわらかく広がります。
続いて「てっさ」は透明感のある身が美しく、噛むほどに旨みが出てきます。
途中で合わせた「ひれ酒」は香りが立ち、余韻にほんのり苦味が心地いい一杯でした。
「ぶつ切りてっさ」は白菜に包んで頬張ると、身の弾力と薬味の香りが重なり楽しい食感です。
そして、楽しみにしていた備長炭で焼き上げた「炭火焼きふぐ(塩)」は、香ばしさと塩だれの相性が抜群。
大将が一押しと話されていた理由に納得です。
「炭火焼きふぐ(醤油)」は香りがより強く、酒が進む味でした。
最後に焼いた椎茸は肉厚で、炭の香りをまとってよい締めになりました。
予約すれば蟹も注文できるようなので、また伺いたいと思える一軒でした。
