【2012/11訪問】
キタのお寿司屋さんに教えてもらったお店に行ってきました♪
正統派のお寿司屋さんのカウンターは緊張感があり、背筋がピンッとなりますねっ♪
手書きのメニューを見ながら、板前さんと相談をして注文します。
お値段の表示がないので、思い切って食べたいものを選びます(*^^)v
■おまかせ造り盛り合わせ
色々と食べたいのでまずは、お造り盛り合わせから〜(^_-)-☆
白身やヒカリモノ、鯛の皮、イカとどれも新鮮そのもの!
最初のひと口から、テンション高くスタートですっ♪
■戻りかつおたたき
秋の味覚の戻りかつおたたきは産卵のため、南下するので脂のノリも最高〜♪
赤みの色も濃くてキレイですね〜!(^^)!
もみじおろし、ネギ、にんにくと自家製のポン酢が最高にあいます♪
■白子
ほんのり甘くてとろーりとしていて美味〜♪
これは熱燗が飲みたくなります(*^^)v
■天ぷら盛り合わせ
メインの海老はアシアカ海老の天ぷら。
触覚や脚が赤く、20cmくらいの大きな海老天です。
肉厚でぷりぷりの食感なんです〜(^_-)-☆
塩で頂くと甘みが感じられ、うんまーい☆彡
■赤貝
まるまると太った赤貝は殻から取り出したばかりのモノ。
お寿司屋さんで必ず注文する赤貝ですが、今まで食べた中でも№1の美味しさ〜♪
ザクザクとした食感がタマリませーん!(^^)!
ヒモも握ってもらいました!!
海苔の風味もよく、赤貝をまるごと頂きました♪
■さより
透明感のある「さより」は淡白ですが、しっかりと味わい深くて美味〜♪
■鯖棒寿司
脂身たっぷり。肉厚の鯖は口の中でとろけていきます。
上品な酢の〆加減が最高です!
■うに
パリパリのお寿司屋さんの海苔を使った軍艦が好きです!
淡路島産の雲丹は磯の香りが抜群!
ふわっと口の中でほどける感じがGood〜♪
■いか
細かい包丁のいい仕事が光っています。
ねっとりと甘いイカはうんまーい☆彡
■鉄火巻
鮪を食べるタイミングを逸してしまい、鉄火巻きでお願いしました。
巻きたての鉄火巻きは美味しすぎます〜(脱帽!)
■えり巻き穴子
お待ちかねの「え・り・ま・き・あ・な・ご〜!!」
これが食べたくって、楽しみでこの日までお寿司を我慢していました〜(*^_^*)
まるまる一匹の穴子をくるりと巻いた穴子のお寿司はどーんっと手のひらに乗っけてもらえます!
ふわーり。とける穴子を頬張ると・・・もうシアワセ〜♪
うーん!また、食べたい!再訪決定ですっ(*^^)v
