松茸とスッポンの揚春巻♡
絶品は、すっぽん胡椒焼!!スープに浸されてゴロンとした肉が登場。
骨周辺の筋肉部位を、ムギュムギュ楽しむ♪♪
すっぽん唐揚なんて赤wineが どんだけススムか恐ろしい味わい。
雑炊は、
ふんだんに使った黄身と下仁田葱で リゾットのょうな濃厚な味!

まづわ、大好きなポテサラ。白wineがグビグビ呑める。
鯨ベーコンは自家製! 鯨らしさを殺さない仕上がり。
おとおし、鱈の白子だょ~ぉ(*^~^*)悶える♪♪
鰤カマが超巨大で、焼加減も素晴らしい!!
刺身は鯵がオススメだったので注文。こぢゃんと旨ッ!!
新鮮さが、死んでるのに活かされてる。
スペアリブ煮込み、これは赤wineでしょぅよ。
和洋を問わず、旨いものに磨きをかける腕の持ち主。
