福山、呑み屋街のど真ん中にありながら、
どことなく隠れ家風な店構え。
昭和町の「和食家 夜咄」にお邪魔しました。
旬のもの、その日のものを極限まで美味しく
提供していただける。
お通しは、蛸の煮付、出汁巻き、和えもの。
まずは、お決まりの瓶ビール(^-^)
あれこれ迷うも、まずはコハダの酢じめから。
いい塩梅の〆具合。ワタシの嗜好がポン酒なら
余計に合うんやろうなぁ、と焼酎 三岳のロックを。
野菜ものからは、堀川ごぼうの天ぷらを。
柔らかくて、ほっこほこやねぇ。
合鴨のあぶり ねぎ三昧。甘いお肉がピリリと
したねぎの風味と相まって、美味しい。
あと半月ぐらいが旬だというので、若筍を
タルタル焼にしてもらいまして。
続けて、天狗櫻の炭酸割りを二杯(^q^)
炭酸で割ると、芋の薫りが面白く弾ける。
たまたまカウンターのお隣に座られたのは、
開店当時からの常連さん。美味い酒の呑み方、
地方の酒のあれこれを聴かせてくれて。
〆のにぎりは、雲丹と鯒(こち)。
若い大将がお一人で板場を仕切り、給仕も
お二人のお姉さんが無駄な動きのない所作で。
