天ぷら成生さんで修業をされたご主人が焼津駅近くにオープンしたなかむらさんを初訪問。
キャンセルがあった席を運よく予約することが出来ました。
さて、今回は3人での訪問。
他のお客さんたちの会話を聞いていると、遠くから食べに来ている方もいるようです。

いやぁ、最初から最後までライブ感抜群のお料理でした。
生シラスの天ぷらは初めて食べましたが、半生な感じがGoodでした。
動いている鮎を揚げるのは、見ていて少し罪悪感がありますが、
美味しく命をいただきました。(お許しください)
甘鯛も金目鯛も抜群です!
また、頑張って予約をしなければいけませんね!
