ポン酢とゆず胡椒の組み合わせが絶妙でした。
■かすがだい
お湯をかけて柔らかくしているそうです。
■めぬけの西京焼き
西京焼きの味付け、火加減本当に美味しかったです。
メロンの浅漬けも、なかなか食べることができないので
嬉しかったです。
■ぼたんえび
二日間熟成させているそうで
口の中でとろける美味しさでした。
■うに
利尻産のうにを2種類食べ比べることができて
嬉しかったです。
■きんめだい炙り昆布〆
炙った表面とのバランスが抜群でした。
■きはたの真子
真子が口の中でほどける食感がたまりませんでした。
昆布だしにゆずが香ってお出汁も美味しかったです。

今まで食べた中で一番大きいとりがいかも!!
歯ごたえ最高でした!

焼いている時から、良い香りで
うなぎの弾力が良かったです。
■黒あわび蒸し煮
プニプニ柔らかかったです。
磯の香りがするお出汁でした。
■煮はまぐり
ツメの甘さがバランス良かったです。
柔らかいはまぐりでした。
■ぎょく
大和芋や白身魚のすり身を使ったぎょくです。
■お椀
ぼたんえびの頭を焼いてから出汁をとるそうで
えびの良い香りがしました。
■プリン
お寿司屋さんのデザートでプリンって
珍しいかも!?
牛乳のお味は濃厚ですが、甘さ控えめで
食後にぴったりなプリンでした。
赤酢を使ったしゃりは、ネタごとに握る際に
数種類の赤酢や白酢を使い分けしていて
お醤油も三種類使い分けしているこだわりのあるお店です。
日曜日営業しているお寿司屋さんって少ないけれど
こちらは、日曜日も営業されているようで
利用しやすいなぁと思いました。
大将も、とても気さくな方で
