2014年5月 この春から代変わりして、お婿さんとお嬢さん(ご夫婦で寿司職人)での営業です。
数年前からお婿さんもお嬢さんもカウンター内に入っていましたが、先日旦那さんに正式に挨拶され、この日は若夫婦での営業でした。
もう既に若夫婦の味には慣れていましたが、まだ完全に跡継ぎには・・・ですね。
もちろん注文はおまかせコース(3,780円、100円アップ)です。
2014年3月 おまかせコース(3,680円)です。
美味しく楽しめます。
2014年1月 久し振りのおまかせコースです。
本鮪のハラモがあったので、締めに握っていただきました。
とても美味しく楽しめました。
2013年10月 この日もおまかせコースをいただきました。
ちょうど玉子焼きが焼き上がったので、熱々をカットしてもらっていただきました。
2013年9月 美味しい地魚を楽しめる創作寿司のコースです。
3,680円のおまかせコースで、十分鴨川の地魚を楽しめます。
足りない時はこの日のお勧めを1貫ずつ数貫握ってもらえば、十二分に満喫できます。
2013年5月 いつもの地魚の創作寿司、この日は追加で2貫ほど頼んでお腹いっぱい楽しみました。
2013年4月 ここ数ヶ月連続して毎月通っている昼ご飯のお寿司です。
美味しいので病み付きになります。
ほとんぞ全てが地魚を、特に根付きの地魚を使ったお寿司です。
これが美味しいので、癖になる味です。
この日は美味しいお魚のサラダに、玉子焼きも楽しめました。
2013年2月 久しぶりにいつものお勧めのコースです。
ところがこの日に限って握り寿司の写真を撮り忘れていました。
でも美味しくお腹いっぱいいただきました。
2012年6月 毎月のように通っていた地魚にこだわるお寿司屋さんですが、ほぼ一年ぶりの訪問になりました。
地魚にこだわるスタンスはいつもと同じで、烏賊と海老の和風グラタンは、いつものとおり美味しく楽しめました。
とても楽しめる、美味しい創作寿司は相変わらず健在でした。
2011年7月 鴨川の駅のそばに、地魚と地元の野菜にこだわった、とても美味しい創作寿司『笹元』があります。
数年前に何となく入ったのですが、烏賊と海老の和風グラタンと、その残り汁に寿司飯と刻み葱を入れて混ぜて食べる・・・などとても面白い想像力で美味しい地魚を食べさせてくれます。
大根や野菜なども地元のものにこだわり、とても美味しく楽しく食べることが出来ます。
お魚の名前も、特に成魚より小さなものにはこの地方独特の呼び名があったりして、いつも半分以上は聞いてもその場で忘れてしまう、何とも情け無いのことが多いのですが、それでも成魚と同じ味のものと、全く同じ魚とは思えないもの・・・など楽しませてもらっています。
お魚を食べる勉強会・・・と言うよりもお魚を食べて楽しむ会を、毎日開催している気分です。
