2014年4月 友達と一緒にスパークリングワイン2本です。
先ずは大好物の宮崎産初鰹を大蒜スライスとマヨネーズ醤油でいただきました。
筍の七味焼きに喉黒の煮付け、そしてこちらも大好物の酒盗ご飯です。
美味しくお腹いっぱい酔っ払いました。
友達との食事会です。
付け出しに平薄のお刺し身、焼き筍にふろ吹き大根、赤メバルの煮付け、牛フィレステーキ、酒盗ご飯に赤メバルの煮付けの残りでお吸い物です。
この日は一人での夕ご飯です。
お刺し身は真鯛の薄作りに牛タン西京焼、そして鶏肉の揚げ物にマーガレットポークの山椒煮です。
締めには大好物の酒盗ご飯をいただきました。
美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。
2013年11月 友達の誕生会を兼ねてお邪魔しました。
美味しかった酒盗ご飯はなくなっていましたが、この日のご飯は海老と銀杏の炊き込みご飯でした。
この日は黒龍で乾杯し、ボランジェを1本いただきました。
魚は佐渡産寒鰤の砂摺り、館山産黒むつ、大分産鯒、鱈の白子ポン酢です。
お肉は豚もつ煮込み、牛スジ煮込みと京野菜、牛タン柔らか煮です。
締めは芝海老のかき揚げ天麩羅に、海老と銀杏の炊き込みご飯です。
友人のためのバースデーデザートまで用意していただき、とても美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。
2013年10月 千産千消にこだわるイタリアンのお店が、直ぐそばにプロデュースした懐石料理店。
花板は素材の産地にこだわり、お酒にこだわり、器にこだわり、美味しい料理の提供にこだわる、そんな美味しい料理を楽しめる懐石料理店です。
その分決して安い店ではないかも知れませんが、後悔させるような料理は一つもありませんでした。
3時間近くカウンター中央に陣取ると、花板の仕事が良く見えてきます。
カウンター席に座っていて特に私が気に入ったのが、返ってきた器を全て自分の手で愛おしむように洗っている姿です。
こんな料理人が本物にこだわって作っている料理が不味いはずが無い・・・。
とても美味しく幸せなひと時を過ごせました。
お刺身もお料理も全てが美味しかったのですが、特にお勧めは締めに芝海老のかき揚げ天麩羅と一緒にいただいた、酒盗ご飯(819円)です。
酒盗ご飯と言うとどんなものが出てくるのかと最初から不安半分の楽しみだったのですが、お勧めの酒盗ご飯は和風炒飯といった風情の美味しい焼き飯です。
魚も肉も全てが美味しかったのですが・・・最高です。
