明洞館が無くなって、少し前からオープンしていた明洞にスタッフ全員が移りました。
従って私が大好きな国産牛のリブロースも予約をしておくと、必ず失望しない逸品を用意しておいてくれます。
と言うことでこの日のリブロース肉は、山梨県産の黒毛和種の甲州牛、2歳1ヶ月の雌です。
甲州牛のリブロース肉の他に厚切り牛タン、厚切りフィレ、リブロースのカブリやリブ芯、最後にもう一度リブ芯の厚切りなど、お腹いっぱい楽しめました。
最初に大根のサラダ、キムチ盛り合わせ、ナムル盛り合わせ、サンチュなどをもらって、大量のお肉と一緒に満腹の幸福に浸りました。
価格とクオリティーから考えて、今銚子で一番お勧めの焼肉屋さんです。
