素晴らしい御縁をいただき前夜は10kgアップの『九絵(クエ)』にはじまりAOCブレス産の『シャポン』に1kg超の『伊勢海老』、『吉浜鮑(キッピンアワビ)にヨシキリザメの『鱶鰭(フカヒレ)』に『上海蟹(シャンハイガニ)』、西表島産の『カマイ(猪)』という高級食材を惜しげもなく使われた超悶絶級の中国料理を知る人ぞ知る会員制の『飛龍』さんにて堪能させていただきました。そして興奮覚めやらぬ翌日は約七年ぶりに寄せていただいた『懐石いっ木』さんへ。昼のミニ懐石のコース料理とともに品書きには載せていない『初亀』かすみざけ、『國香』中汲み無濾過生原酒、『英勲』愛山ノ山廃等、一木さんの隠し酒を楽しませていただきました。料理は『赤烏賊(アカイカ)の真薯』に『蓮根饅頭(レンコンマンジュウ)』、『車海老(クルマエビ)』に『鶏松風(トリマツカゼ)』に『トラ河豚』の煮凝り、『地金目』に『氷見の鰤(ブリ)』の造りに『越前蟹(エチゼンガニ)』に『猪肉(シシニク)』の小鍋立。前夜は『飛龍』さんで西表島産のカマイ、そして『いっ木』さんでは井伊の尼小僧様と直虎様で一躍有名になった井伊谷産の罠掛けで獲られた『猪肉(シシニク)』とジビエづいています。炊きたてのごはんで『海老芋(エヒセイモ)』の雑炊、二種の水菓子に抹茶にて昼のミニ懐石の料理はひと通り。突発的な前日夜の予約でしたが折角、浜松に来られたのですから。と休日を返上し温かく迎え入れてくれた一木さん。二時間超えの一木さんと二人きりでの料理談義に酒談義、京の雅な話と会話は尽きることなく贅沢な時間を愉しませていただきました。『菊乃井』さん仕込の食べ終える頃に味のトーンを持ってくる『滋味優先』のブレの無い味わいは未だ健在。
