突然、寿司が食べたくなる時があります。
そういえば名古屋で寿司を食べたことないなあと、食べログで検索して「吉凰」へ。
週末の昼でしたが、お客はそれほどいませんでした。やはりミッドランドクスエア41Fは敷居が高いのでしょうかw 入ってみるとやはり絶景ですねえ。名古屋港まで見えるほどとは思わず、つい見とれてしまいましたw
お昼のランチは5000円代から1万円台まであるようでしたが、安すぎるのも高すぎるのも何だし中間の「白砂(8400円)」をチョイス。

大将は最初無口でしたが、話すといろいろ会話がはずみました。でもちょっとカウンターとの距離があるかなあって感じでした。
メニューはたつみ寿司や鮨金のようにその土地特有の味やオリジナリティというものはないですが、オーソドックスなメニューをしっかり作り上げている感じですねw
特に美味しかったのはコハダとウニですかね。ウニはウニそのものよりも、巻いている海苔が味が濃くて美味しかったですわw 特別なものではないけど、地元の知多で作ってるものだそうで、ウニの味が霞むほど濃い海苔でしたw
さすがに場所柄CPは悪いけど、場所代を加味すれば妥当な値段と味ではないでしょうかw
