初めて伺ったのは2021年2月でした。お料理&おもてなしの素晴らしさに魅了され、以降定期的にお邪魔しているレフェルベソンス。個人的№1レストランです。
なぜこんなに魅了されるのか?→ハード面ソフト面ともに満足感がとても高い。
では、なぜ満足感が高いのか?
→ハード面:お料理は日本の旬の食材の良さを生かして和テイストで調理されており全体的に口当たりさっぱり軽めでドンピシャ好み(私たちは40代の酒飲みなので量は食べられないしこってり王道フレンチは胃もたれ直結なので苦手)。シャンパン、ワインはボトル、ペアリングとも安定感+ちょっと冒険、の絶妙なセレクトで安心感ありつつ毎回ドキドキワクワク感もある。
→ソフト面:お料理、お酒のサービスに関しては言わずもがな。ちょっとした会話、反応、距離感等なにもかもが痒いところに手が届きました、適な対応で本当に気持ちが良い。
幸せな時間を過ごさせていただいたな、と、ここまで心から感じられるレストランは個人的には他にないです。
そしてスペシャリテの蕪(初回は蕪!?とびっくりしましたが)の味の変化がとても面白いので、次のシーズンの味を逃したくない、と思ってしまうことも加えます。
