織物で有名な群馬県桐生市。度々訪れる機会があり、こちらの双葉寿司さんも今までに何度かお邪魔させていただいております。お料理、お鮨が美味しいのは承知していたのですが、お昼に数名でおすすめ握りを慌ただしくいただいて帰ることが多く、いつかカウンターでゆっくり過ごしたいと思っていましたが・・・そんな折、念願叶って本日、その機会を得ることができました♪
まず個人的に欠かせないお酒ですが、こちらのお店、シャンパンは常備されていないので事前にお願いして準備していただきました(フランスのスパークリングワインは常備されています)。ちなみに、桐生の名店はマキコレワイン(←気になる方は調べてくださいね)を提供されているお店が多く、本日のシャンパン、ワインともマキコレワインです。
大将の手際良く美しい所作を眺めつつ、美味しいお酒をいただきながら、自分のペース・自分の好みで旬魚等々美味しいお料理をいただける時間・・なんて贅沢で幸せなひとときでしょう・・(*‘∀‘)♪
お鮨も大好きなネタをいただいて大満足。特筆すべきはとろたく。まぐろたっぷりなのに全体のバランスが絶妙で、個人的には人生イチ、美味しいと思っています!
桐生に訪れる度に訪問させていただきたいお店ですが、次にカウンターでゆっくり過ごせるのはいつになるかなぁ・・。
