かれこれ4回目の訪問。
今回も昼に訪問しました。
松阪牛は松阪でなくとも、三重県内なら結構食べられますが、松阪牛を食べたと聞かれた場合、この店で食べると後悔することはないでしょう。間違いなく、松阪の牛を食べられる店の中では、ここが一番有名です。
前置きが長くなりましたが、頂いたもの。
・すき焼き 松
座敷にお給仕さんがお一人付いて、すき焼きを作っていただけます。松は、1番胴回りが太いお肉が一人二枚。一枚のグラム数は65〜80gということで、二枚食べると大抵は150g程度は食べている換算になります。
すき焼きにしては、肉が厚めと感じるかもしれませんが、この位厚くないと鉄鍋に肉が張り付いてしまい、食べる部分が減りますので、これでちょうど良いです。
肉は完全に火が通らない程度でお給仕さんが皿に移してくれます。とても、柔らかく、脂の旨味が最高です。そして、冷めてもあまり硬くならないのが松阪牛の特徴です。
もし、松阪牛の店で迷ったら、折角ですから、こちらで食べるのをオススメします。
