今宵は同僚がお勧めの「土佐のおきゃく」さんへ。
高知県では宴会の事を ’ おきゃく ’ と呼ぶそうですが、今宵は単なる飲み会です。
でも、タタキやウツボ、四万十海苔等、高知の美味しい物を食べられそうなので気持ちが高揚します。
” 鰹タタキ 塩&タレ ” を一品ずつ、” 四万十青のり ” に ” 天田島鶏と高知野菜の岩塩プレート焼き ” を頂きました。
私は、” 鰹タタキ ” はタレ派なんですが、本場で食べるタタキに引けを取らない美味しさです。
” 天田島鶏と高知野菜の岩塩プレート焼き ” ですが、プレート自体が岩塩なので、焼いた後は何も付けずにそのまま岩塩の味だけで食べるのがお勧めで美味しかったです。
土佐の地酒も2杯頂きましたが、今宵料理には日本酒が合って旨い!!
毎日曜日に高知へ買い出しに出かけている女将さんと話をしながら ’ 土佐のおきゃく ’ を楽しませて頂きました。
