久々の猪股さん、接待で利用させていただきました。
内装が少し変わり、セラーも大きいものが追加されておりました。
ここ最近、お鮨を食べ歩いておりましたので
自分がどう感じるかとても楽しみにしておりました。
これまで同様、鮪には情熱を注がれており
この日は “那智勝浦” のこの時期では珍しいと言う一千万弱の鮪とのことでした。
この日いちばん良かったのは鯨と赤貝。
赤貝は活きたものをその場でさばき、口の中に残る余韻がなんとも言えず良かった。
しかし、鮪が多すぎる。。。
鮪は好きだけど、春を感じるほかの魚も食べたかった。
また、特徴的だったパンチも和らいでいた。
あたしが変わったのか?
以前に比べ予約が困難になり、予約の仕方なども変わり縛りがある。
初めてお伺いした時に比べ、どんどんと値上がりもしておる。
美味しいのは違いないが、今回を機に今までも高揚感が薄れてしまった。
これからもきっと人気は続くのだろうけど。
