18時よりの予約でしたので、広島を16時前に出発しやってきました。1月の18時ですのであたりは真っ暗です。カーナビの案内ではコンビニの向かいにあるはずですがない。コンビニ駐車場に止めてあたりを見回すとありました。駐車場らしき空き地の奥にのれんを発見。あたりは真っ暗なのでかなり分かりにくいです。空き地の駐車場に止めて2分遅刻で到着です。奥様のお出迎えと季節を感じる雰囲気のいい店内、フレンチですが和の趣の店内とテーブル上の飾り付けによるおもてなしがありがたいですね。
アヴァンアミューズより始まって合計14品、蕎麦のおいしさが秀逸なのは後半の相当おなかが張った状態でもおいしく感じてペロッと行けてしまうところより間違いありません。よくデザートは別腹って言いますが、こちらの場合は蕎麦の時点で別腹に収まり、次のデザートは別腹の引き出しに収まる感じの別腹2段構えです。
蕎麦とフレンチという店名よりなんとなくイメージがつくかもしれませんが、フレンチは和の要素をふんだんに盛り込んだ和フレンチですね。いろいろな料理のそこかしこに和の要素の照り焼きであったり、ゴボ天(ゴボウ入り薩摩揚)、茶碗蒸しであったり普段慣れ親しんだ味を思い起こすような味付けが出てきます。器やお店の雰囲気も和風な要素があちらこちらにあり季節感を重視する雰囲気とそれに合わせた料理で毎月行きたくなるはずですね。ちょっと遠いので毎月は無理でも四季に合わせてうかがえたら幸せですね。
