2名で行ってきました。懐石コースの3,000円をお願いしておりました。定刻にお邪魔すると個室を用意してくださっていました。中へ入ると先付けと八寸がお品書きと共に用意されていて鯉のぼりを持った金太郎がお出迎えです。席に座るときれいな料理とお品書きが同時に目に飛び込みお品書きの内容にワクワクします。八寸は青紅葉の枝で隠されていますのでこちらも自分で取り上げて季節感と共に料理を確認する演出が心を躍らせます。どの食材も吟味された食材を使っており値段と内容がみあいません。続いて運ばれてきたお造りは何と石鯛と間八に初鰹、鰹のタタキは地元高知で食べる方がいいと再確認でしたがこの石鯛と間八はうまかった!!石鯛は適度な熟成で甘みも感じ間八の白身のうまさと脂のうまさが涙ものでした。続いての椀物は渡り蟹の真丈、真丈にはしっかり味があり、ベースの汁は塩味を極力抑えた出汁の味、ジュンサイの食感がと真丈の塊が味のアクセントとして渡り蟹の良さを味わいます。次の炊き合せに続きます。炊き合せは柔らかくダシの旨味をしっかり含んだ野菜の味に適度な油分が加わり椀物との味の差が味覚を満足させます。続く焼きものは仙台牛の赤身のうまさが適度な脂肪分で引き立てられた逸品です。おろし大根は黄身でちょっぴり色が付くと同時にさっぱりとした辛みの後にほのかな黄身の香りが残ります。ローストビーフにスダチはどうかなと思いましたがこれがビックリ、牛肉の香りと合わさるとスダチの味と香りが甘い柑橘の香りに変化し良質の牛肉を柑橘の香りと甘さが引き立てます。料理の最後は白魚の魚鍋と自慢のお米を土鍋で炊いたご飯、加えて漬物とちりめん山椒も自家製のようです。これは当然のおいしさです。最後のデザートまで苺、卵、バニラ、酒粕の香りが複雑に楽しめるデザートで最後の最後まで満足感がありました。この料理がたったの3,000円ちょっと申し訳ないような驚きのコスパでした。再訪決定です。懐石の値段設定を変えたり、河豚やくえ、すき焼き、沖すきとコースを変えて何度も行きたいお店だと思いました。
