赤坂 きた福。2022年1月に訪れて以来、今回で2回目。約3年ぶり。
飯友の女性と2人で訪問。
蟹は全て板前さんが目の前で捌いてくれて、殻も剥いてくれて、湯掻いたり焼いたりもしれくれて、あとは食べるだけの状態で提供してくれます。ライブ感があって舌だけではなく、まずは目でも楽めます。そして蟹を剝いたりする手間もかからず。
今回も前回と同じく冬の期間限定の「活松葉蟹コース」を予約しました。
ただ、実際に出てきたのは松葉蟹ではなく越前蟹でした。仕入れによって変わるみたいです。
最近は越前蟹の方が質がよいみたいで蟹の高級店では松葉蟹より越前蟹を仕入れることが多いみたいです。価格もやや高い模様。
越前蟹のフルコース。文句なしに最高に絶品でした。
今回のお会計は2人で税込167948円でした。
前回の2022年1月は同じコースでドリンクも同じくらい注文して2人で税込114708円だったので、想定よりもちょっと高かったです...。3年で物価も上がってるし、越前蟹は松葉蟹よりやや金額が高いみたいですし、予約時の画面に「蟹の仕入れ価格の変動により価格が変更になる場合があります。」と注意書きがあるので、このくらいの上ブレは許容範囲内。

⇒軽く醤油につけて食べる。甘くて程よく肉厚で美味い。
・レアめに湯掻いたの(腕×2、脚×1)
⇒1本目はそのまま、2本目はスダチ&塩、3本目はカニ酢で食べる。絶品。
・ミディアムに湯掻いたの(爪×2、脚×1)
⇒食べ方はお好みとのことで、そのまま、塩、スダチ&塩、カニ酢、醤油全部で食べた。レアめとは違った触感と味で絶品。
・焼きガニ(脚)
⇒ちょっとずつ、塩、スダチ、スダチ&塩で食べた。絶品。
・天ぷら(脚)
⇒ちょっとずつ、塩、スダチ、カニ酢、醤油で食べた。絶品。
・蟹の心臓
・カニみそ甲羅盛り
⇒濃厚カニみそに、たっぷりのほぐした蟹の身。絶品。
・漬物
・カニ雑炊(イクラ乗せ放題)
⇒ウニも入ってるカニ雑炊。先ほどのカニみそが残ってる甲羅を器に盛り、好きなだけイクラをぶっかけて食う。 絶品。
・甲羅酒
⇒同行者は別の器にカニ雑炊を入れてもらって、甲羅で甲羅酒に。
