「 鮨 土方 」さん訪問
以前から行きたい中の鮨屋さんの此方へ やっと訪問できました
つまみと握りの お任せコース¥18.000.お願いした
6時からと8時30分からの2部制
今回は6時からの利用
スタイルからすると 頑固職人のようだが

そろそろ旨いネタの種類が少なくなる季節
これだけのネタを揃えるのも大変
シャリは赤酢 炊き加減はやや堅め
私の体験の中では結構赤酢が効いている
なので握りに入ってから 冷酒からシャンパンに切り替えた
此方のお鮨はワイン類に良く合うと思う!!
