偶然新橋の駅で遭遇した大学時代の先輩に連絡を取っているうちに横浜に異動になるタイミングで送別会を開いてもらいます。
店のセレクトは任されたのでここの鴨鍋にしました

随分前からメニューにいれてくれるよう頼んでいたので注文するしかないでしょ
でもとんでもなくバランスの取れたいい酒です
そしてサバ缶マヨ
今流行の“つま缶”
缶詰めの国分と銀座のバーロックフィッシュのマスターが仕掛けたブーム
そのことをご主人にいうと“バレました(^^;ゞ 笑”
なかなか憎めないキャラです

さてくら島を出たあと虎徹の看板
“今宵の虎徹は血に飢えている”と言ったのは新撰組の近藤勇
もちろん後世の講談師が付け加えた演出でしょう。
普通 人を斬るときにいちいちそんなことは言わんだろう ´∀`)┌
その近藤勇の差していたその名刀“虎徹” 贋作という説も
ご主人の息子さんも虎徹だとのこと
さておき蕎麦と日本酒のちょっと粋なお店です。
お通しは揚げを炙ったもの
少しダシで味がつけてありなかなかやるな ( ̄ー+ ̄) ニヤリ
冷酒「田酒」(西田酒造店/青森県青森市)ではじめます。
決して呑みやすいタイプではありませんがしっかりした旨みと酸味があります。
チーズ2種盛り
醤油漬けと味噌漬け
味付けは悪くないですがちょっとチーズが硬いかな
レア感といえばとうふのもろみ漬け (゚Д゚)ウマ-!
