A welcome card was carefully placed, and the atmosphere was great from the moment we sat down.
The staff's service was also excellent, making this a restaurant I feel comfortable visiting.
I ordered my usual seared octopus sashimi, an assortment of side dishes, and rolled omelet rice.
Everything was consistently delicious, and the food was absolutely delicious.
As for the clay pot, the salmon roe and sea urchin were arranged so beautifully that I thought they were artists, creating a visually appealing experience.
They also had a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, and the sake selection in particular was luxurious.
This time I ordered Senkin.
Because it was a meal at the restaurant, I couldn't help but drink more.
I love their sister restaurants, so this is one I'd like to continue visiting in the future.

何度も訪問している海鮮と土鍋が美味しすぎるお店
恵比寿の系列店のアメ、スコールにも何度か来店しており、今回はkosameを選ばせていただきました。
二人利用をさせてもらいカウンター席で食事をしました
ウェルカムカードが丁寧に置かれており、席に着いた瞬間からいい雰囲気でした。
店員さんの接客も素晴らしく、安心して通えるお店です。
いつも頼む水タコの炙り刺や、おばんざい盛り合わせ、だし巻き土鍋ご飯を注文
どれも安定の美味しさで、最高のご飯でした。
土鍋に関しては芸術家と思うくらい綺麗にいくらとウニを敷き詰めてくれてて、
見た目からおいしさを演出してくれてました。
お酒の種類も豊富で特に日本酒は贅沢なラインアップでした。
今回私は仙禽を頼まさせてもらいました。
お店の食事ともあって、ついついお酒がすすんでしまいました。
系列店も大好きなので、今後もずっと利用していきたいお店の一つです
