アラタでの定例会
なんと、貸し切り状態!
結果またまた食べ過ぎ飲みすぎ。
まずはドイツのビールとお通しで
ブリの煮つけ 薄味で美味しい。
刺身盛り合わせ
インドマグロ中トロ、のどぐろ炙り、自家製しめ鯖、天然ブリ、ボタン海老、金目鯛、太刀魚
その辺の居酒屋とは一線を画すラインナップと旨さである。
生ガキ三種 赤崎・相生・気仙沼
ここの良さは年中生牡蠣があるところ。
最&高
蛍烏賊沖漬け
最上級に美味しい蛍烏賊の沖漬け。
ちょっと濃いけど、なんせ大きくて身がぷっくりしている。
下に大根おろしがあるのを見逃していた。これと食べれば濃さもちょうど良かったんだ。
ハマグリの天婦羅
ここの天婦羅はあんまり食べてないが、安定感の無い印象は受ける。
このハマグリ天は美味しいのだけれどやや揚げが甘く油切れも微妙。
薩摩軍鶏のタタキ
これ、無茶苦茶旨い。
馬刺しのなめろう。
馬かと言われると分かんないんですが、うまい生肉のなめろうでしたよ。
他の生肉が貴重ですから、もっと馬肉が安く出回るといいんですが。
アラタ風よだれ鶏
ねぎダレ?でいただく感じ。これは意外と普通な感じ。

火入れが絶妙。
宮古島のゆでたて茶豆
凄い味のする茶豆!
揚げ銀杏 オクラのお浸し
普通に美味しい。
また食いすぎて飲みすぎてしまった。。。
隠し酒が旨いんだよ、フラミンゴとかあぶらぼうずとか。。。
日本酒もちゃんとイイのあるし。。。
ちょっと皿片づけるのがハエ―けど。
