渋谷フクラス裏のビルの3階のお店です。店内はL字のカウンター席10席と引き戸のついた個室数室。板前さん2人と、板場裏の調理室には、追い回しさん数名が働く様子も見えました。
上おまかせ握りをいただきました。突き出しに、シジミ汁と中トロが出たあと、小さな器に綺麗に盛り付けられた前菜5種。トマトの蜜煮、自家製ゴマ豆腐、蛸、瓜、お浸し。その後握りと巻物10巻。特に赤身のヅケは、山葵の代りに柚子胡椒でいただくスタイルで初体験のお味。小鰭に載せられた昆布の煮具合も見事でした。握りの途中の小鉢は、かにいくらご飯。いずれの品も下仕事の丁寧さが感じられる、奥深いお味でした。
当日は、本日入店という新人女性アルバイトさん2名のOJTをホールで行っており、微笑ましい空気感につつまれた店内でした。
