ガーデンプレイスの38階レストラン街にある、今秋11月オープンしたばかりのお店。フロア全体が数年前にリニューアルしたとかで、通路は広く抑え気味の照明でシックだし、無料展望デッキはあるしで、高級感あるレストラン街です。店に入る前から期待感が高まります。
店内はさほど広くありませんが、カウンター9席と、高層階ならではの眺望の良い個室数室。サービスは安定感のある男性の方でした。
カウンターに座ると、板前さんが「今日揚げるネタです」と言って、皿に盛られたネタを見せてくれます。最初に鰻の濃厚スープがでました。その後、車海老から始まり、1品ずつ揚げたての品がサービスされました。揚げ油は炒らずに生のままのゴマを搾って作った、ゴマ太白油だそうです。レモン塩か、カレー塩でいただきます。箸休めには、メジマグロのお造りと、あん肝や湯葉、紅芋豆腐など数品の入った肴盛が提供されました。
ガーデンプレイスという場所柄か、私が伺った時は、接待と思われる社用族が多かったです。大事な方との食事におすすめの雰囲気の良いお店です。
